What You'll Do
- Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, and hygiene
- Assist with homemaking tasks such as meal prep, laundry, and light housekeeping
- Offer companionship and support at social and community events
- Transport clients to medical appointments and errands
- Support clients recovering from surgery or managing chronic conditions
- Document care activities and communicate changes to the care team
What We're Looking For
- Genuine compassion and patience
- Prior home care or healthcare experience preferred
- Reliable transportation in the greater Philadelphia area
- Ability to pass PA State Police background check
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication skills and dependability

What You'll Do
- Deliver dementia care with warmth, patience, and specialized skill
- Reinforce routines and gently reintroduce yourself at each visit
- Prepare adapted meals and engage clients in cognitive activities
- Interact with clients in their version of reality with dignity
- Monitor behavioral changes and communicate with the care team
- Support family caregivers with guidance and education
What We're Looking For
- Exceptional patience and empathy
- Dementia care certification (or willingness to obtain — paid)
